Individualism vs Generalization
Individualism doesn't necessarily mean to ignore the collective or general differences between groups, such as races, cultures, nations, etc., but only means to refuse to use them as guide to treat each individual.

DeleteYes individualism is the cornerstone of creativity. The breakthroughs made by independent thinkers have come to benefit all of humanity throughout history. It is the group who must learn to let some of its members stand alone and it is those individuals who must tell them so.
